1) Can I expect a quality product?
Yes. All our activities are accredited to ISO 9001 and based on delivering the highest quality possible, both in products and services, ensuring long-term benefits and optimum performance.
2) Is the equipment 100% legally compliant?
Yes. All equipment is supplied with EC declaration of conformity and instructions for safe use and maintenance.
3) Can I buy the equipment for export?
No. Unfortunately, we are currently accepting orders from England, Wales and Scotland only. However, please let us know if you would like to use our site from overseas and we will review these arrangements.
4) Does the price listed include carriage and VAT
When you look around the shop the prices you see do not include carriage and 17.5% VAT.
You can see the inclusive prices in advance of processing your payment details, if you select your chosen product(s) and go to the check out page all carriage charges(UK mainland only) and VAT will be ready totalled for you.
5) How long will it take my goods to arrive?
Providing products are in stock, we’ll despatch to the address of your choice within
48 hours of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once the cheque has cleared) to arrive within 3 working days (Unless special arrangements are agreed in advance). Where products are not in stock or are being made to order, we will advise a despatch date prior to processing your order. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or damages caused by late delivery. Please understand that the business carrier services we use only deliver within normal business hours (Unless special Saturday delivery has been agreed by phone in advance). A contact name and telephone number would be advantageous to ensure delivery is completed without undue inconvenience, as carriers cannot deliver at pre-arranged times.
6) Are goods from you under any sort of guarantee?
Yes. In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, goods from stock are supplied with a 30 day money back guarantee which means that if you are not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in good condition and with original packing, we guarantee to exchange the goods or refund your money. We must be notified by email to

within 24 hours of delivery should goods arrive damaged or incomplete. Goods supplied made to order cannot be accepted back for credit. Any special order goods damaged in transit will be rectified.
7) Is it safe for me to give you my email address, personal and credit card details?
Yes. Please note that we take security and privacy issues very seriously. All credit card details submitted on line are securely encrypted before transmission over the internet. This means that shopping on-line with us is not only convenient but also safe and secure.
We can accept all major cards and company procurement purchase cards.
8) Can I still buy from you if I don’t have a credit card?
Yes. We also accept cheques. Select your goods in our on-line shop as normal, then simply print out a copy of the shopping cart showing full carrage and VAT and send it with your delivery details, contact details and full payment (Made payable to Dale & Co. Yes. Subject to approval, provided you are a British registered firm and have been trading over 12 months. Please contact
