Dale Lifting Specialists are based in the North West of England. We are providers of lifting and handling solutions to all industrial sectors. Dale's are accredited to ISO 9001 and are founder members of the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association of Great Britain. Established in Manchester in 1830, Dale Lifting Specialists have a long tradition for quality craftsmanship and customer services.

Our products and services are continually up-dated to meet the needs of industry with a strong emphasis on quality and safety. In 1987 we were the first company in the North West to achieve BS 5750 part 2 in our field.

With further improvements and the installation of CAD for computer accurate drawing, in 1998 we achieved ISO 9001.

In addition to lifting and handling equipment sales and hire, we offer a complete bespoke service for overhead lifting systems - from initial site evaluation, quotation, design, and manufacture through to installation and testing - our services include aftercare and maintenance programmes individually designed to meet customer's specific needs.

Shipping And Handling Providing products are in stock, we’ll despatch to the address of your choice within 48 hours of receiving your order (or with payments by cheque, once the cheque has cleared) to arrive within 3 working days (Unless special arrangements are agreed in advance).

Delivery Schedule Where products are not in stock or are being made to order, we will advise a despatch date prior to processing your order. We cannot accept any responsibility for losses or damages caused by late delivery. Please understand that the business carrier services we use only deliver within normal business hours (Unless special Saturday delivery has been agreed by phone in advance). A contact name and telephone number would be advantageous to ensure delivery is completed without undue inconvenience, as carriers cannot deliver at pre-arranged times.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee In addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, goods from stock are supplied with a 30 day money back guarantee which means that if you are not completely satisfied, providing goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase, in good condition and with original packing, we guarantee to exchange the goods or refund your money. We must be notified by email to complaints@dale-lifting.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery should goods arrive damaged or incomplete. Goods supplied made to order cannot be accepted back for credit. Any special order goods damaged in transit will be rectified.
