Quick positioning of the hinges allows:
1) Opening and closing as a stepladder without the need to modify the hinge position.
2) Rigid Non Collapse position when used as a stepladder by minor adjustment to the hinge position.
3) Opening/Closing the ladder for a use as an extension ladder by minor adjustment to the hinge position.
