Our 'C' Rail Festoons are available with 4 different 'C' sections and are selected depending on the weight of cable to be carried, length of travel, duty cycle and the speed at which the machine travels. Anti corrosive systems are available for aggressive atmospheres.
Section types available are as follows:

SL100 & SL200 - Ideal economical solution for standard duty cable & hose carrying systems.

SL300 & SL400 - Normally used for systems with multiples of large section cables, or in special applications.
Features:

Profiles are manufactured from galvanised steel or stainless steel and, depending on section size, can carry loads of up to 400Kg if supported at 1metre centres.

Trolleys are available for round and flat cables/hoses, or combinations.

Capacities range from 3 to 80Kg per trolley.

Trolleys for curtain systems are also available as standard.

The larger SL300 & 400 systems include some trolleys with a pivoted cable saddle for use in exposed outdoor installations to accommodate side swing of the cable loops.

Stainless steel anti corrosive systems are available.
