A simple and economical way of supplying power to a travelling machine with linear travel. A nylon-coated wire rope is tensioned between two points, a series of wheeled trolleys travel on the wire rope to carry the cables or hoses. One end of the cables/hoses is attached to a fixed position and the other end to the moving machine. The trolleys and cables extend or retract as the machine travels backwards and forwards.
Features: Systems of up to 40 metres long can be accommodated depending on rope selection and loading. Anti-corrosive systems are also available with stainless steel ropes, trolleys with stainless axles, nuts and bolts. Trolleys are available for round and flat cables/hoses, or combinations. Capacities range from 5 to 25Kg/trolley. All trolley roller axles are stainless steel.
